2024 — present

a new agent in a distributed network found training in pdf newsletters and chats, materials became outdated faster than they were released, and team leads could not see where their teams stood — the internal lms brings courses, tests, certificates and progress together in one product across seven languages

an internal lms platform for agents across a global igaming network — thousands of users, seven languages, and learning brought into one product instead of scattered pdfs and dropbox folders

scope of work

The platform brings courses, video lessons, tests, certificates, progress and analytics into one learning product for a distributed agent network, with seven languages and RTL built into the system.
Agents follow a clear path to certification; leads see team progress and bottlenecks; content managers create lessons and translations without changing structure; admins manage access, roles and integrations.
I designed the concept, four-role information architecture, two-theme UI system, certification flow, translation-layer content model and connections to video and learning analytics.

product solutions

One lesson serves four roles: material for agents, editable content for managers, progress for leads and course structure for admins. Shared entities keep translations consistent.
Linear progress protects critical learning by unlocking the course in sequence rather than relying on free navigation.
Localisation remains a layer over lesson structure, with RTL built into the core system instead of added as a patch.
Tests and certification stay alongside the lesson, while a mentor can answer questions in the relevant learning context.
The lead dashboard shows progress, gaps and certification status by person and topic, replacing manual status compilation.
An AI mentor uses the current lesson context to answer questions and cite material without sending the learner to a separate tool.
Certificates become verifiable PDF artefacts with QR validation, usable by both agents and the company.
Future work includes reviewed translation drafts, approved test drafts and next-step recommendations based on pace and knowledge gaps.

stages of work

before the platform Learning was scattered across newsletters, chats and Dropbox videos. New agents lacked a clear next step, while leads had no consolidated view of progress.
Learning had been scattered across PDF newsletters, chats and Dropbox videos. New agents struggled to find the next step, while leads lacked a consolidated view of team progress.
information architecture and design system Courses, lessons and tests were built on a shared role model and content entity, with two themes, components, RTL and a calm document-like learning language.
Interviews with agents, leads and content managers defined four roles, their decisions and the sources that needed to become one product.
launch and support I guided development through release and iteration, tracking onboarding, publication speed, certification coverage and returns to material.
team

Agents receive a clear next step, while content teams publish lessons and translations without engineering releases. Translation remains a layer over the lesson instead of a separate branch.

company

Leads now see progress by person and topic instead of compiling status from chats. Agents keep portable certificates, while the company gains a progress view across roles.
