GetAccess brings employee profiles, roles, access, requests, audit history and directories into one platform for onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, reviews, role changes and compliance audits.
Employees track requests and available systems; leads review team access; HR manages onboarding; admins manage permissions; audit records who requested, approved and changed access.
I designed the concept, information architecture, SnowUI system, four-role flows, content model, override-based access model and real-time request architecture.
product solutions
A permissions map replaces multiplying edge-case roles. Base roles set boundaries, while overrides handle individual allowances, page access and temporary grants.
Each request is a living object with discussion, status, audit history and prompts, so decisions happen in one context rather than across trackers, email and chat.
Audit history is stored separately from profiles, requests and roles, preserving compliance records after any of those entities are deleted.
Real-time updates appear without moving focus or disrupting the current task, balancing awareness with uninterrupted work.
SnowUI defines fixed opacity steps and a clear fill-or-border rule, giving AI copilots and product teams a shared implementation contract.
