nda case — visuals are illustrative, the live ui is hidden
scope of work
Sports Studio brings sports creative into one workflow: logos, posters, channel copy, social cards, articles and AI visuals or video, without requiring every requester to open an editor.
Marketing selects a prioritised match and receives a branded channel kit. Designers handle exceptions and visual direction; copywriters edit structured language versions; admins manage templates, Brand Kit and logo library.
I designed the concept, event-based architecture, two-theme UI, four-role flows, multilingual content model, generation presets, poster library and connections to sports data and AI APIs.

product solutions
The event is the entry point: marketing selects a match and mode, and the system assembles the required creative kit.
Templates combine language, style and channel into ready event versions, so teams edit an assembled starting point instead of rebuilding each asset.
The versioned Brand Kit makes colours, fonts and presets shared system objects, replacing a static brand-book document.
Team logos come from TheSportsDB where possible, with a shared correction library covering exceptions.
AI supports copy, posters, images and video through an event-aware pipeline that combines teams, market, priority and brand preset.
Business-priority ranking surfaces top events, while batch mode assembles kits for them in one operation.
The pipeline prepares player imagery and supports segment-specific variants, while generation history becomes a reusable library.
Future work includes real-time match responses, performance-aware style recommendations and multibrand operation.
stages of work
before the platform Design teams handled repetitive requests manually while demand grew. Existing brand books, editor templates and restricted master files could not guarantee consistent output for distributed teams.

validation on a live workflow Marketing used the prototype on top matches for two weeks, validating the workflow through live creative production.
I built the first working version with Cursor, Windsurf and LLM prompting, including product design, frontend, backend, sports-data integration and server-rendered posters.
active development I lead roadmap, priorities, reviews and metrics as the product adds channels and deepens batch assembly, background removal and generation history.
